A large white, gold, and silver muscular tom with a bright red left eye and a deep gold right eye. A large scar covers his right eye.

This male, holds a very interesting appearance because it shows that harsh life that a piece of him has always endured, causing him to be the male he is these day. Starting with the most obvious piece of his appearance - although boring when compared to other pieces every now and again - is the coloring of his pelt. The base coloring to his pelt is a very smooth, snow white though there are stripes of silver crisscrossing all over the main piece of his appearance. A piece of it though that seems to stand out beneath everything is the coloring of his legs. Rich with a deep gold metallic color the core starts by covering his paws up completely and slowly working its way up his leg.As soon as the gold reaches about half way up his leg, it starts to disappear and dissolve into the white that covers the rest of his being. His tail works the same way, the same gold color starting at the top and dissolving into the white about half-way up.
However, his pelt is not the only thing you see on his being and it for sure is not the most shocking thing either. There are his eyes yet to be described. Full, round orbs with two brilliant colors that really stand out in their own ways. The first is his left eye which holds that bright red gaze. To some it barely holds the look of something brighter than blood. For many staring into his eyes, they would say if it was any darker, then it would mimic the color of red without a doubt, though some cats have different opinions on what makes it a brighter red. Some say it is the color itself and that it could never turn dark because that is what he was born with and it has been like that all his life. Those are the ones that are his friends, that will defend him. Others, say it is only his bright, caring personality that causes it to be bright. Those are the ones who might have seen snippets of his other personalities and especially Demon. For some reason, when Demon holds control over Frozenground's mind, a darkness seems to enter his eye and make it that blood red cats fear. If cats meet him like that for the first time, they have trouble forgetting the look in that eye especially.
But, then again, that is only one eye. Of course he is no cyclops and holds two eyes. The other one would be a bit less noticeable, if there was anything plain about him. It is a smooth, bright gold that seems to soothe many different cats that would gaze into that orb...but as said, he is not normal and it has been a long time since that gold orb has ever soothed a single soul. Now, it holds a long scar that cross over it and towards the tip of his nose. The wound when he received it had been so bad, that blood had even started to seep into his eye and not all of the blood disappeared. The part of his eye closest to the wound - so in the line that it would have made in his eye - is red with blood while only the edge around his eyes away from that line are actually gold. As you could guess, his sight in his right eye has disappeared since he gained the wound causing him to only have sight in that other red eye on a normal basis. In terms on his voices, Demon, Sun, and Angel can see just fine, even in the damaged eye (though Sun's vision can get a bit blurry at time in it) while Moon, like Frozenground, can't see anything through it.
In ll general terms, Frozenground is not a bad looking tom at all, lucky or not so lucky for him depending on how you look at it. His fur is thick and long haired, making him a very soft tom to lay beside and a source of extra warmth in the winter months. He is very picky on his appearance even past his mental insecurities. Actually, more than anything else, being unstable in the mind has actually helped him become more dedicated to looking well on the outside. He knows that he has an image to uphold for his Tribe as their leader and if he was unstable on the outside just as much as he was on the inside, then he knew it would cause trouble for him as well as for his Tribe. Beneath the furry outer layer, he holds a body stalked with muscles everywhere they are allowed to go. He may look like a fuzzy teddy bear on the outside, but beneath that outer image, is an image to be on the look-out for or you may just find yourself wishing you'd stood your ground.
p e r s o n a l i t y .[/size][/b]
Kind and sincere. Loving and careful. Strict and paranoid. Unsure and confused. Frozenground is not the easiest cat to describe in words. His personality is so out of there that it would be easier to tell who he is just through his actions, the way he speaks, and the way he interacts with others. But this will be an attempt to put those interactions done on paper so that you don't go into any interaction of any kind with him blind as a bat. The one thing everyone who knows him well agrees about, is the fact that he is a kind and sincere tom. Even through all his insanity, he knows when to be kind and he knows not to let his unsuitability get the better of him. He knows he needs his Tribe's loyalty and does his best never to lie to a single soul if he can help it. He knows he needs to give cats a reason to trust him and that is the easiest way he can, especially when he isn't the most trustworthy tom all of the time. This is the tom that his Tribe will fight to protect. They see this kindness even past all of his problems and they will know that no matter what he does, something better is always deeper in there because this is the real him. Those who love him, know that.
"Never before have I ever felt the desire to protect my Tribe more than I do now. Never before have I ever felt a strong forbidding looming over my body, telling me to watch my back. I face forward, I watch my children. My Tribe is my life. I may not be the most normal feline in the world, I may have problems, but I always try to be normal. I try for the better of my Tribe, I want them to know the real me...even if the cats outside of the Rising Sun don't always see me as they should." Most cats would again agree, Frozenground is not the meanest cat in the world. In fact he is quite loving. He will protect every cat around him and he will put his life on the line for them. He believes in true love, but he doesn't believe that there is only one love out there for everyone. After all, if that were to be true, then he would be doomed to live alone...besides the fact that he holds kits to live beside. He always wonders who out there, would dare love a tom like him besides the mate that he had once had. He is also often very careful, keeping an eye on everything cats do and he never does anything without a reason. He can't afford cats doubting him more than many of them already do.
Strict and paranoid. Here is a couple words that seem to be the most obvious on the outside. Strict might seem a bit out of place on a tom like him, who is suppose to be loving and caring, but the fact is he does not like mistakes. Mistakes can kill cats. If he tells a cat to do something, he will ask them to be careful, but at the same time he will also lay it done on them to make sure they don't do anything wrong. He has seen so many close calls in his life that he is no longer the type of tom - if he ever was - to take risks intentionally. Paranoia on the other hand is something you would expect to be fresh on his mind when he hears voices constantly on the inside his head. He knows something is wrong with him, but he is only slightly conscious of the fact that those other voices in his mind take control at times. Those voices are sharper in his dreams, gaining shapes of their own and one in particular, whispering horrible things in his ears. He fears the shadows, he fears what is lurking everywhere he can't see. He doesn't exactly like to be alone, but he pushes all his fears away, for the betterment of the Tribe.
"They come from the shadows, you know. They never tell me who they are. I always feel like they are me, my conscious. I thought consciousnesses were suppose to lead you in the correct direction. I thought they were meant to help you be a better cat, how to tell the difference between right and wrong. But mine, mine isn't like that. Sometimes is whispers kind things, sometimes it does help me. Other times...it kills me with its words. It tells me to kill, it tells me to hate. Sometimes I feel sudden and strong emerges of anger rushing through my body. That is something you should never have to feel. It is a horrible feeling, one I hate and one I wish would stop coming around. Never have I ever knowingly held malice in my mind towards anyone and yet I hear the whisper. 'Kill him, he holds doubt to your power. Kill her, she hold lust that will being you to ruin. Hate him, he will challenge your power one day. Despise your children. They will turn a rebellion your way. You can trust no-one, not even any other voice in your head. Only me, only this voice.' It scares me, it really does."
As you can tell, Frozenground is a troubled feline inside and out. Through and through he is terrified of what he might do knowingly or not. He is insecure about himself and he does not like the fact that others may get hurt because of something that one voice in particular will tell him. He easily gets confused about what is reality and what is fake. He doesn't know the difference between himself and those voices. Sometimes he just forgets what he is and who he is. Sometimes he just wants to escape from it all. Obviously, this is a tom that does not do well with stress. Actually, stress worsens is mental stability. He is not a tom you should tell all your inner worries about - even though he is more than willing to listen - and expect him to take it in all well. He might pretend to do such well enough on the outside, but deep downside it is only adding to his fountain of worries and none of it will be kept inside. It will only be a matter of time till every spills over. When that happens, you better watch out.
"I don't know who I am, I don't know what I become. Please, if I do something forgive me. If I hurt you, I don't mean it. I am a prophet, I hear things, but sometimes I hear more than I ever wish to hear. This is not an easy job. Please try to understand that."

"As you can tell, I didn't exactly have the most uneventful life to get this way. No-one can have this wretched disorder and you know, have one of those happily ever after stories. There is so much more to my life story that I dare not tell anyone. If you really insist on going forward with this, I recommend you standing back and preparing yourself for any events that might make you uncomfortable. It all started the night I was born, obviously. The snow flickered down from the sky and the moon shined at its brightest with that perfect circular look. I don't know what my mom though that night as she walked out after her birthing. that her kits had a special life ahead of them since the moon was there to bless their way? Like I said, I don't know. I never asked her. I had a sister and a brother though, in case you were wondering and the three of us were inseparable. We adored each other and never went anywhere without the other two. How I really wish...they were still alive.
"Things progressed with us pretty well. By the time we were three moons old, we were already getting a bit too adventurous despite the fact that we could barely take care of ourselves. In fact, I think it is time I told you exactly how I got my disorder. After all, this isn't a condition that just develops, something must cause you to develop it. It wasn't long before our fourth moon that my siblings and I hatched this crazy idea, to go out into the territory and play by ourselves. Now, we also had another litter from another queen that we hung out a lot that consisted of two she-cats. Both of the she-cats were darling little things, pure and innocent. We got them to agree to come with them even though both of the she-cats were a bit more reserved than my own litter had been and perhaps, they had a reason to worry. After all, that outing would not be a normal outing. In fact I will say this right now: we are all lucky to still be alive after this day. What happened that day, what would change the course of my life, should have killed us all. I still have no idea we survived...even if I could remember everything about this day.
"It was a normal enough day. We were out among the forest and there were a few clouds in the sky that were dark in color, but being kits, we didn't think much of it. We played a few usual games, play-fighting as well as a few other things. Things started to get darker out pretty quickly, though we knew it was nowhere near night time. One of the she-cats from the other litter paused in her strides of playing and whispered, 'we should really be going back. They'll be worrying about us.' My siblings and I just rolled our eyes. 'They aren't looking for us and we aren't that far from camp. We'll be fine!' Sure enough, we weren't going to be just fine. All of a sudden it started to pour down the rain. We had no idea where it was coming from, but it as there and he were suddenly lost in the invisibility of the day. Rain covered our eyes, but we could see flashes of light. Lightning was coming quick over us. Then, there is a flash that grew bright and stayed lit. The smell burned in my nose and it is one of the only things I remember about that night. Fire.
"Fire burned all around us. Somehow it got ignited in the heavy rain and now it was spreading around us like crazy. I heard a squeal of terror and knew it was one of the she-kits from the other litter; she was on fire. My siblings and I edged towards each other, fear dancing through our bodies and we tried to help our friend, but we were all trapped in the circle of flames. But that was not the only thing from the night that triggered a mental storm in my head. All of a sudden, the earth started to shake. For most cats full grown it would have been only an inconvenience, but for kits our age...it felt like the world was falling all around us. We seriously thought that our world was gone. The next thing I remember about that night, was darkness. A deep blackness that seemed never-ending. That is it. It was in that darkness I heard those dreaded voices for the first time. They made my think that it was only a dram and when I awoke the next morning by the safety of my mother's body curled around my siblings and I, I really thought they were right. Until...until I saw the she-kit that had caught on fire.
"Her body was burned badly. Fur would never grow back and I could tell she was scarred much like myself mentally as well, but not in the same way. I felt for her, but I didn't think I was damaged, so I drifted from her. My siblings and I were drawn together by this event though. We looked out for one another closer than we had ever had before. We would never leave without one of the others and we were always together. Never again, would we do something so crazy..but I suppose fate wasn't on our side. When it came our time to enter the ranks of the Tribe, the prophet told us that we would make up the next group of healers to find out which of the three of us would be the prophet. Of course back then we were all happy, pleased in fact to be chosen, but we soon woke-up to the reality of what that meant. Healers had to fight to death to become the prophet meaning only one thing: two of us would die, one should live and live alone. As we grew, we dreaded that outcome...my sister even more than I. She did not wish to fight at all, not even in service to the Tribe. How could she ever fight my brother or I? We never found out...she disappeared one morning leaving only he and I to fight and I did not wan to fight. I knew he would win. But I was no coward and would not run from my fate.
"It wasn't long before that I fell in love with the she-cat from my child-hood. Not the one that got severely burned, mind you, but the other one. The normal looking on. We had always had a good connection to one another, but for some reason, in the last few months before I knew I would have to fight my brother, we blossomed. Then came the day. I awoke that morning, not in my normal state of mind. That was one of the first days that one of my real characters took over. Sun was the one who took control of my mind. The prophet had died the day before and we were forced that day to find out who would lead the Tribe next. I don't really remember what in the world happened, but some say my brother gave me the option to forfeit and he would let me live. I guess that got Sun worked up. From what I heard, I leaped at my brother and slit his throat before he could do anything about it. It was a quick battle they say, but it was a battle I do not remember. Not one little piece. I do know one thing: I killed my brother, I lived, and I became the next prophet even though I never thought it would happen.
"My life from there passed in a blur. Some days I would be myself, some days I wouldn't remember. My mate and I fell even more in love with time and once I got into the rhythm of m new life. We had a beautiful litter together. A handsome tom and a beautiful she-cat. I felt the happiest that day they were born then I had since my brother was alive and my sister was in the Tribe. I watched my kits as they grew and I adored playing with them when I could. I noticed though, that my love was getting more and more unfit. I worried and looked her over and knew one thing: she had a terrible disease. I couldn't believe it, but I knew she was to die. I watched as she got weaker, and my heart ached for her. I didn't want to lose her, but lose her I would. Then came the hardest night of my life. I slept out in the territory with her that night because she was afraid to die cooped up in the camp so every night towards the end, we slept outside, under the stars. One day we were about to head off to sleep when that sudden urge of hatred overwhelmed me. Demon came out, and killed her.
"I awoke the next day, the scent of blood fresh in my nose. My eyes shot awake and I looked at my mate's body. There was a slit in her throat and I could see the pool of blood beside her. I looked at my paws and saw the blood on them. I knew then I had killed her, but I couldn't remember doing it! It was a frustrating feeling, that I would have ever have done that and I know one thing: no-body could find out. That was the first day I truly understood something was unstable about me and I pushed my worries aside. I cleaned the blood off of her and off of my paws. When I brought her back to camp, I bad sure the wound was never seen. She was already due to die from the disease, so I bad a reasonable lie that she died from that, not from the claws of a cat. Everyone believed me, even my kits, and I was thankful for that. A piece of me regrets never telling them the truth...but what could I do? No, it's better this way. It's better that they never know."

Frozenground over the course of his life has acquired what is known to humans as Dissociative Identity Disorder or also known as Multiple Personality Disorder. He will be able to hear four 'voices' in his head that take on an identity themselves. They will be as real to him as he is to himself. Under amounts of stress, he will suddenly switch from character to character, unaware of what is going on. When he goes back to his own mental stage, he will remember nothing of what his other identities 'caused' him to do or he'll only remember flashes liker long lost memories.
Characters:
Demon of the Slithering Shadows - Male - Three years, 11 months - Perfect Vision - Nomad
Angel of Glistening Skies - Female - 'Immortal' - Perfect Vision - *Demi-god of the stars
Sun with Glowing Desires - Male - Two years, nine months - Rising Sun Tribe (Guard: Battle Fighting)
Moon of Shadowing Fates - Female - Two years, five months - Stars Above Tribe (Hunter: Pouncer)
* Please note that she only believes herself to be the demi-god, though she really isn't. Angel believes she was there for the whole thing, when she wasn't. Basically she's taken stories of what happened that have been told to Frozenground (though they are only snippets seeing as he is part of the Tribe, not The Tuatha Da Danaan and made them into her real past. I just thought this piece of a personality for her especially would make things interesting.
Personalities:
Demon: Wicked, merciless, blood-thirsty, cool-headed. He also tends to be a very lustful tom at times too.
Angel: Caring, pure, loving, sensitive. She will not fight unless it is to protect kits. She would rather die then hurt others.
Sun: Proud, wily, stubborn. He will fight whenever someone puts his honor on the line. he can also be a flirtatious tom when he's bored, but he isn't nearly as bad as Demon seeing as he won't try seducing any she-cats.
Moon: Calm, level-headed, strong. She will fight for the honor of others and will help others around her no matter what. She believes strongly in justice and does not like cats taking advantage of others.
Level of Recognition:
Each character has a different level of how they recognize each other and hoe strong the idea they know each other is. None of them are aware that Frozenground exists, even when he is control of his body / mind and he is only slightly aware of them. He only notices them as voices, though he thinks of them more as his conscious then anything...even when the voices are overwhelming. The scale will be 1-5, 1 being not very and 5 being very recognizable.
